Andrea has been a member of the Houseworks Collective team since December 2019 where she built the Inside Sales role from the ground up. Inside sales is a dynamic position of both sales and operations and are relatively new to the real estate industry in the state of Wisconsin. In her first full year in the business during 2020, she was able to shift her newly designed role to accommodate the changing social and economic climate to meet Houseworks Collective’s large inside sales goals. The Inside Sales division will become one of the top sources of business for Houseworks Collective in 2021 and is expected to launch the already largest team in the state to new levels of success.
Andrea comes from a background in sales and lead management after spending 17 years in automotive. She was the first lead generation agent for a large Wisconsin automotive group and then helped build a Business Development Center for what would become the largest Subaru dealer in the state of Wisconsin. After spending 14 years creating and implementing industry-leading practices she was excited for a new challenge in real estate with a top performing team like Houseworks Collective to build on!
